The Canon EF 135 f/2L USM’s f/2 aperture allows a full stop more light being let into the camera than an f/2.8 aperture allows. This would translate to me either using an ISO of 6400 with a f/2.8 lens or using an ISO of only 3200 with an f/2.0 lens! Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L II USM Lens. Ultimate Image Quality, Excellent Build Quality, Wide f/2.8 Aperture, Very Fast Autofocus Speed with Precision Accuracy, Weather Sealing. The Canon EF 28mm f/2.8 IS USM Lens has a clean, smooth, fixed-size design that is comfortable to carry and use. While light and small, the 28 IS feels solidly built. The barrel is made of an engineering plastic that has a nice quality feel to it. Plastic is light - light is an often-desired lens characteristic.
